What skills and experience we're looking for

As the Assistant Headteacher of Brompton Hall School, you will have SEMH experience, be passionate about making a difference to maximise the educational and social opportunities available for children with EHCPs.

You will be able to demonstrate:

  • Qualified Teacher Status combined with a degree (or equivalent).
  • Successful school leadership and management experience.
  • Responsibility for developing, monitoring, and evaluating areas of the curriculum.
  • Experience in a specialist education environment
