Assistant Headteacher Pastoral (Behaviour and Attitudes / Personal Development) job summary
The Governors wish to appoint an outstanding professional to support the Headteacher in providing professional leadership for the school, which secures success and improvement, ensuring high quality education, improved standards of learning, progress and achievement of all students.
The successful applicant will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to engage, enthuse and inspire together with significant leadership experience. They will be able to demonstrate outstanding classroom practice and values that support our ethos that every child really does matter.
