Haybridge is a converter academy, a National Support School, Teaching School and in July 2015 was accredited as a SCITT (School Centred Initial Teacher Training) which means that since September 2016 we have been able to award qualified teacher status. We place a high premium on excellent continuous professional development particularly that which impacts upon the quality of teaching and learning in the classroom. We offer bespoke training packages for newly qualified teachers, recently qualified teachers and have colleagues accredited to deliver the NPQML, NPQSL and NPQH programmes.

We are one of three schools who currently form The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust. In establishing The Four Stones Multi Academy Trust we are bringing together two likeminded schools which when combined, we believe, will have the capacity to improve the education and life chances of a larger group of young people.

In our last Ofsted inspection, Haybridge was described as 'providing an outstanding standard of education' with an ethos which is 'a very successful mix of innovation and traditional values, personalisation and collaboration, open enjoyment and high achievement'. We have worked tirelessly to maintain this in the intervening years and operate a very robust self-evaluation culture in which all staff are committed to maintaining our status as an outstanding school.
