The Priory Ruskin Academy is looking for an established leader to join the senior leadership team, to be responsible for Personal Development across the academy.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a consistent positive impact in their current role.
The role includes leading all facets of the Personal Development strand, including shaping its intent, ensuring it is implemented systematically and that its impact meets our intended outcomes and resonates with our values. You will also lead our admissions process, including appeals and liaison with our primary feeders and the wider community.
