Assistant Headteacher job summary

Lime Trustees are looking for an outstanding SEN practitioner with management experience or looking to move to management and good leadership potential. You will share our passion for achieving the very best outcomes for our pupils.

You will play a vital role in improving standards across the school. You will need to be a proven practitioner who has worked with a range of pupil needs and will be able to model good practice to others

Your high level of professional values and educational philosophy will ensure that the school makes sustained improvements in all aspects of life. You will have the commitment and aspiration for our pupils and staff to reach their full potential and have a commitment to the attainment and achievement of greater levels of independence for pupils who have complex, medical, behavioural and physical learning difficulties.
