Assistant Headteacher job summary

This is an exciting Assistant Headteacher post offering career development opportunities for an experienced middle-leader looking to take their first steps

into senior leadership, or an existing AHT seeking wider experience.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for the development of several key aspects of our school improvement as detailed in the application pack.

This newly developed post has been designed to support key areas of Plantsbrook School and we look forward to appointing someone with vision and a

proven track record in pupil success, to come with us on our continued pursuit to 'be the best we can be'.

You will be joining an experienced and committed senior leadership team consisting of two Deputy Headteachers and three Assistant Headteachers and will

be line managed by our Deputy Headteacher for Quality of Education.
