Essential skills and experience
Experience of working to raise achievement across a department or whole school.
Experience of leading a successful team.
Understands the need for quality assurance, monitoring and evaluation.
Knows what Outstanding is.
Practical knowledge and understanding of curriculum pathways.
Experience of leading CPD.
Knowledge and understanding of the wider education agenda including current national policies and educational issues.
Experience of working in a target driven environment using data analysis to implement effective strategies and intervention to raise achievement.
A laptop to use whilst in employment.
