• have excellent behaviour management skills;
  
• have a strong understanding of safeguarding, including relevant legislation;
  
• have an excellent understanding of the subject knowledge required to teach primary pupils and an excellent command of Standard English; and
  
• be excited to work in our school community and bring enthusiasm and ideas.
