What skills and experience we're looking for
You will have experience in delivering excellent results and you will be a strong communicator with the ability to manage change and motivate colleagues and students.
- Passion for the progress of students from all backgrounds;
- A dynamic and enthusiastic approach combined with excellent interpersonal skills;
- A balance of skills and experience, whether that be data analysis or pastoral support;
- Successful leadership and management experience in your current role;
- The ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower teams and individuals to achieve excellence;
- A team player with drive and a sense of humour.
