Assistant Headteacher – Quality of Education job summary
Ellesmere Park High School is seeking to recruit an Assistant Headteacher, as the school progresses on its journey to ensuring an ambitious curriculum, in every subject, leads to improved outcomes for all its’s students.
Our principal aim is to ensure students are ‘The best they can be’ underpinned by intent to equip every child with the knowledge, skills and personal qualities in order to reach the limits of their capability, regardless of their background, additional needs, experience or social privilege.

You will be an innovative and proactive leader, who will build on the reputation of Ellesmere Park School and work collaboratively with colleagues throughout the school and Trust to continued school improvement.
The successful candidate will demonstrate success at implementing and sustaining whole school initiatives and the line management of staff. Previous experience will include the leadership of a team, or equivalent, and the ability to develop, support and challenge staff to ensure consistent, effective and outstanding classroom practice impacts on all its students.
The successful candidate will present the best possible example of professional standards to colleagues.
