We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Headteacher with responsibility for SEND and Inclusion to join our leadership team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and committed leader who is focused on driving high standards, championing inclusive practice, and ensuring that every pupil receives the support they need to thrive. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic vision for inclusion and embedding a culture where all learners are valued, supported, and able to succeed.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting the Headteacher with school improvement planning and implementation.
- Driving high standards of learning and pupil achievement.
- Managing and mentoring staff and contributing to professional development.
- Supporting the cultural ethos and managing pupil behaviour across the school.
- Leading on SEND and Inclusion strategy and provision.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years of senior leadership experience.
- Strategic vision with a strong commitment to inclusion and excellence.
- The ability to inspire, develop and motivate both staff and pupils.
- A recognised SEND qualification.
