We are looking to appoint an outstanding, dynamic Assistant
Headteacher with responsibility for Science/Primary/BTEC, although not necessary to be
science first subject - can be a primary teacher - BTEC science possible.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication
skills, boundless patience and resilience and the ability and enthusiasm to
make a difference with pupils who have a range of SEND needs.
We are looking for someone who embodies Wave Trust's values;
someone who has diverse experience, as well as a passion for working with young
people with additional needs.
The successful candidate will work
supportively with the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in; ensuring high
quality teaching and learning and leading staff. This is an exciting
