Windmill Hill School opened for the first time in September 2021. As part of our school’s planned growth we require another colleague on our Senior Leadership Team that will continue our vision to ‘Bring Life to Learning and Learning to Life
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting our Headteacher and in strategically leading and managing the school. This Assistant Headteacher role will have responsibility for developing and implementing effective systems to ensure high expectations for student outcomes; ensuring relationships amongst staff and students are positive and that a positive culture of respect is maintained. The role will have a specific focus on SEND provision and EHCP outcomes and enhancing systems around Annual Reviews and Provision Mapping, ensuring individual needs are met.
We are looking for an inspirational leader with a proven track record in senior/middle leadership who:
- Can enrich the lives of our students
- Has commitment to and an in-depth understanding of special needs education
- Has experience in raising standards
- Has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
