This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a proven track record of working effectively with SEN students. Experience of leading at a senior level and/or substantial initiatives across one or more schools is essential.

You will need to have High Expectations of your students and yourself with a determined approach to ensuring Every Child can succeed irrespective of circumstance. You will be supported by one of the strongest Trusts in the region offering exceptional professional development and a commitment to growing and supporting talent.
