Leadership SEND responsibilities (special educational needs and disabilities)
This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join the Headteacher at Treviglas Academy and a highly motivated Leadership Team and staff, as they strive to ensure the children in their care leave the school as highly qualified, confident and articulate young adults.
The successful candidate will be clearly focused on improving the knowledge and skills of all teaching staff to ensure a consistency of excellent ‘Quality First Teaching’. This role is essential in providing the required strategic leadership within the school for SEND provision. The successful candidate will hold a National Award for SEN Co-ordination, or be currently studying for it. They will represent our values of kindness, ambition and responsibility.
