What skills and experience we're looking for
- Is a highly skilled, dynamic leader with a passion for delivering an excellent SEND Educational provision to all students from Years 7 to 13
- Consistently models excellent practice and has students' academic progress and personal development at the core of their professional motivation
- Can lead a large team of SEND teachers and LSAs with vision, rigour and compassion to make a difference to the lives of our young people.
- Holds an unshakeable belief in the power of education to transform the life chances of young people.
- Is committed to the values of equality, diversity and inclusion, and genuinely believes that all young people can excel regardless of their starting points of personal circumstances.
- Consistently models excellent practice, and places students’ achievement, attainment and progress at the forefront of their work.
- Is a great team player who will lead and develop colleagues, contribute proactively to the school’s Senior Leadership Team, and forge highly effective links across the three secondary schools and the wider Trust.
