Assistant Headteacher (September or January start) job summary

 The GFM is an exciting new way of leading learning in a group of schools. The fundamental principle of our MAT is genuine collaborative approaches to education that impact across the age ranges. This philosophy is extended to the leadership of our school with headship colleagues pioneering initiatives in more than one school. 

We are looking to appoint experienced leaders to join our Secondary phase leadership teams as Assistant Head Teacher. You will oversee and be in charge of a specific area of the GFM Schooling Strategy across the next phase of our journey. You will need demonstrable experience and a proven past record for leading whole phase initiatives; you will have the ability to work with pace and rigor to impact positively on our organisation. You will be expected to network and liaise across a range of external providers, schools and within the community, to ensure a consistency of approach regarding standards, support, transition and high quality learning and teaching
