The school is looking to appoint an Assistant Head teacher from January (or April) 2020.
The position will directly oversee a Key Stage and relevant areas of SIP.
• Have areas of responsibility across all aspects of school leadership.
• Under the direction of the Head teacher play a major role in formulating the aims, objectives of the school and establish policies through which this can be achieved in school.
• Be responsible for the professional standards and curriculum of all pupils including monitoring of progress towards engagement and achievement.
Ideally you will have had experience of working with pupils in a specialist setting. You will receive an extensive induction programme, have a mentor and opportunities for continuous professional development.
