What skills and experience we're looking for

Are you able to lead others and have the skills, confidence, creativity and energy to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and staff?

We are excited to be able to offer a new post of Assistant Headteacher at our school who will head up our Sixth Form. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with middle or senior leadership experience ready to take on a new role.

We are looking for an exceptional and inspirational leader to work alongside the Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team. The ability to teach one of the following subjects would be desirable but not essential: Mathematics, I.T./Computing, Psychology or Religious Studies.

You will be committed to maintaining and improving our high quality education provision and ensure all groups of students make progress and are appropriately challenged, and supported, to achieve their very best.
