Assistant Headteacher job summary

We are looking for an existing or future leader with a passion for improving outcomes through positive support for students, who is ready to grasp an exciting opportunity as an Assistant Headteacher in a community where we encourage everyone to work hard, be kind and smile.

The successful candidate will be dynamic, solution focused and will support the school in securing high standards of teaching and learning.

Our new colleague will also benefit from being part of the West Norfolk Academies Trust - a small, locally based charity working with primary and secondary schools to challenge and support our family of schools to provide an excellent education for young people.
