What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint a dynamic Senior Leader who will support our school to become outstanding. We are looking for someone who will be an inspirationaland highly visible presence in our school and its local community, having clear impact on the thinking, attitudes and behaviours of all key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a passion for inclusion and will be driven by a desire to improve the life chances of all young people. Working closely with the Deputy Head Teacher for Inclusion, you will take the strategic lead on both Safeguarding and Attendance whilst supporting all other aspects of inclusion, behaviour and pastoral care. You will be part of a strong Senior Leadership Team who are collegiate, hands on and determined to drive the school forward.
