Assistant Headteacher - Standards of Progress and Achievement job summary
For September 2022 we are seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher and senior leader who shares our aim of harnessing the enormous potential of our students and challenges them to be the best that they can be.
We are looking to appoint as our Assistant Headteacher someone who is an experienced, skilled and strategic leader with a proven track record of improving the outcomes and experiences of young people. The post holder will be responsible for leading their team to ensure high levels of achievement and progress for all students. Specific responsibilities will include:
• Ensuring that effective monitoring and assessment systems are in place.
• Co-ordinating effective intervention programmes are in place to ensure high levels of student achievement.
• Leading the school data, reporting and quality assurance processes.
• Curriculum modelling. Staff deployment and timetabling.
• Leading the development of IT and co-ordinating the school IT strategy
