Assistant Headteacher (Stotfold Campus) job summary

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to join our welcoming, supportive and committed team, to be based at our Stotfold Campus. The Academy is one school split across two sites, (Stotfold and Houghton Regis) and the successful candidate will join a small but dynamic Senior Leadership Team consisting of two Co-Headteachers and two Assistant Headteachers. We regard ourselves as having a vocation to work with our students and help them to develop fulfilling lives.

Our classes are small, typically no more than 6 students and support is often available from Teaching Assistants and Behaviour Support Workers where appropriate.

Most students will follow the same curriculum offer but this may change depending on need. Each student is assessed upon entry and the appropriate learning pathway identified from the outset and reviewed to ensure that progress is tracked and provision changed if necessary.
