Assistant Headteacher (Systems and Operations) job summary

We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an inspirational colleague to join our Senior Leadership Team. The main purpose of this post is to provide strategic and operational leadership of timetabling, cover, admissions, attendance, the options process, site related and health and safety matters and student outcomes at Key Stage 3.

The successful candidate will be:
• a well-qualified and highly-motivated middle or senior leader with a proven track record of success;
• committed to inspiring excellence across the school with the aim of securing outstanding outcomes for all, especially within your subject and linked areas;
• an innovative and dynamic classroom practitioner, able to engage, enthuse and inspire all groups of students and
• ambitious for future progression.
