This is a permanent, full time post available from January 2025.

The successful candidate will be an excellent teacher, inspiring leader and team player with the ability to think strategically, analytically and creatively to ensure their vision, and that of the schools are accomplished successfully. All teaching specialisms are welcome to apply.
This role is a key leadership role within an outstanding school and sixth form. The key foci for the successful candidate will be to lead teaching and learning, shaping understanding of effective teaching across the school and supporting individual teachers to improve. The candidate will drive the attainment and progress of disadvantaged students, will be the strategic lead for Careers, Information, Education, Advice and Guidance and line manage a Faculty Leader, or similar area of school.
