Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching and leadership experience.
- NPQ’s or a desire to undertake further professional development
- A genuine passion for teaching young children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Specialised knowledge or interest in leading English.
- Experience or a willingness to lead our team in improving outcomes for our children with SEND.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Bredon Hancock’s Endowed C of E First School for an inspirational leader and reception class teacher. The Governing Body is looking for an enthusiastic and effective leader and teacher that can make the curriculum meaningful, manageable and motivating. As our Reception Teacher, you will play a crucial role in laying the foundation for a lifelong love of learning. We are seeking a dedicated professional who has either a passion for leading English or has a desire for leading SEND.
