Assistant Headteacher Teaching & Learning job summary

We are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic experience of our children. You will have a passion to help the most disadvantaged children, have a clear vision for inclusive practice and the drive to close the gaps to ensure all children achieve. You must share our vision for offering child-initiated learning with high aspirations and achievement for all, rooted in our distinctive philosophy of Museum Learning. We are committed to providing our children with a truly unique experience, ensuring our curriculum reflects the rich diversity of our children enabling them ‘to be the best they can be’.

The role:

Lead and drive the ongoing development of our curriculum

Demonstrate innovative and effective use of resources, including technology

Model exceptional classroom practice

Coach, mentor and support teaching staff so they excel

Inspire pupils to give their best
