We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to take on the strategic role of Safeguarding Lead at The Eastbourne Academy, a medium, 11-18 school in Eastbourne. The Eastbourne Academy is part of Swale Academies Trust, a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South East.
We are looking for a creative and collaborative leader who has experience of building teams and devising systems to ensure the highest of standards in both pupils and staff.
You will be joining the new Headteacher and many new leaders across the school in the exciting next phase for the Eastbourne Academy.
Swale Academies Trust provides an extensive network to empower all to achieve success. You will be supported and encouraged to work closely with the other schools in the Trust to share best practice.
