What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Headteacher, who believes in putting students first and removing barriers, to be part of the next stage of our rapid improvement journey.

You will provide strong and motivational leadership as part of a team delivering school improvement to secure outstanding provision and outcomes for every student at The Hinckley School.

The successful candidate will with the Headteacher, be accountable for the delivery of key strategic objectives, make decisions in line with the vision and values of the School and the Trust and deputise for the Headteacher as required

The role offers an opportunity to work with dedicated colleagues and professionals both in school and across The Futures Trust who commit generously of their time to train and develop colleagues.
