What skills and experience we're looking for
- As an excellent leader and classroom teacher, with a track record of improving outcomes, you will have impressive analytical skills that mean you can identify capacity for progress and work with other leaders to create data led high-impact strategy that raises standards and accelerates students’ progress to enable them to achieve beyond expectation.
- You will have an outward facing, active approach to your role and responsibilities and, as an excellent communicator, you will be confident working with staff, students and families in prioritising the planning and attention to detail
