- For someone who has a thorough knowledge of KS2 statutory assessment,

- For someone who is an excellent upper KS2 classroom practitioner,

- For someonewho is enthusiastic about developing the role of coaching within a staff team,

- For someone who is passionate about evidence based research impacting on pedagogy and curriculum.
