What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an inspirational school leader, with a clear strategic vision and the ability to support and develop staff and students alike. Alongside having strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team, you will be an outstanding practitioner with a strong and consistent record of success, who will be committed to raising the achievement of all learners.

This position would suit an experienced Middle Leader or a current Assistant, who is looking to increase their leadership skills and impact. The post holder will be a member of the School Leadership Team and as such will have additional areas of whole school responsibility.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to appoint an exceptional Assistant Headteacher to join our team and help lead our staff and students.

The main site for TWGSB is in Tunbridge Wells; however, it is likely that this role will be predominantly based at Sevenoaks.
