Are you an educator seeking a new challenge? Wenlock CE Academy seeks a highly motivated and dedicated Assistant Head Teacher to lead and manage pastoral and inclusion across the school, including the pastoral team and strategical support of the lighthouse behaviour provision.

The ideal candidate should have experience researching and implementing behaviour management strategies, and excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. It would be advantageous to have a background as a SENDCo or an interest in SEND.  As the Assistant Head Teacher, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of all pupils as a DDSL, promoting an environment of inclusivity and respect.
