Following the promotion of our current Assistant Head to Executive Deputy Head of our 3 schools, we are looking for an existing or future leader who is ready to grasp this ideal opportunity to progress their career within a supportive, proactive and forward-thinking environment with excellent opportunities.

 

The successful candidate who is forward thinking and solution focused will support the Executive Leadership Team in securing high standards of teaching and learning. There will be a teaching commitment with this role.

 West Lynn Primary School is becoming a one form entry school with about 161 children split into seven classes. The children at West Lynn are well behaved, hardworking and report that they really enjoy coming to school. They also report how well cared for they feel by our wonderful team of teachers, teaching assistants and support staff (who are also well behaved and hardworking!).

We work hard together to provide the very best education for our children in an environment which nurtures and cares for every individual.
