The Board of Directors of St Joseph Catholic Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader who is looking to join our innovative and ambitious team at Holy Family Catholic Academy. The role provides excellent opportunities to grow and develop as a leader and you will be strongly encouraged to innovate, develop and grow our current Early Years provision and its curriculum, aswell as enhance practice of all colleagues working within our Early Years Foundation Stage.
We are seeking to appoint an inspiring, talented and professional leader to join our community. The successful candidate will be ready to take the next step in their career in a strong values-led school, and will be someone who displays a strong commitment to professional growth and the flourishing of all.
We welcome applicants from existing Early Years Leaders and SENDCOS or from those with relevant experience and a desire to train into the role.

- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching and Early Years practice.

- Be an inspirational classroom practitioner with the ability to engage and motivate pupils
