Assistant Headteacher with Responsibility for Safeguarding, Wellbeing and Behaviour.
The Governors of Lampard Community School welcome applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our hard-working and highly effective Leadership Team in this key role.
We are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with energy, drive and proven professional and ethical leadership skills to work closely with the Headteacher, Senior Leadership Team and Governing Body to guide the school in its' next stage of development.
You will need to have experience in leading on statutory Safeguarding processes and have high aspirations for students with SEND, a strong commitment to the development of the school and the desire and drive to continually raise standards. You must be able to demonstrate how your initiatives have positively impacted on outcomes for learners with SEND.
This is a broad role and one which will be defined by the skills and experience of the successful candidate.

This role requires a DBS disclosure.
This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English.

We cater for children aged 5-16 with complex SEND needs, all of whom have Communication and Interaction needs and are working significantly below age-related expectations academically.
