What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Headteacher with proven track record in excellent classroom practice, who:

• Is an outstanding practitioner who is able to lead teaching and learning across the school

• Has high expectations for all pupil’s attainment, achievement and behaviour

• Is willing to contribute to the life of the school and its community

• Is keen to work in and across a dynamic trust

• Is passionate about delivering an exacting ambitious curriculum

• Understands the importance of developing academic and personal potential

• Has experience of teaching in upper key stage 2

• Can motivate, inspire and coach others to improve their practice
