What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven track record of leading teaching and learning and accelerating pupil progress at a high level in the primary phase
- Be enthusiastic, creative, innovative and prepared to ‘roll their sleeves up and have a go’
- Have high expectations of pupils behaviour, behaviours for learning and achievement
- Be an excellent communicator who is committed to being proactive in working in positive partnership with all stakeholders
- Be willing to involve themselves in, and support, the wider aspects of school life
