- Band F points 12 – 17 £21,575 - £23,644 Based on full time salary of £24,496 - £26,845 (plus an additional 1 week of pay if the appointee has 5 years or more continuous service with the Local Authority)
What skills and experience we're looking for

Under the guidance of the SENDCo and working alongside the Vice Principal, SEND and the Assistant Inclusion Manager, SEND, you will be responsible for the management of Teaching Assistants and supporting learning and teaching through the efficient and effective deployment of resources across the academy.
- Work within the established discipline
policy to anticipate and manage behaviour constructively, promoting
self-control and independence
- Encourage students to interact and work
co-operatively with others and engage all students in activities.
- Assess the needs of students and use
detailed knowledge and specialist skills to support students’ learning and
reading abilities
- Establish constructive relationships and
communicate with other agencies / professionals, in liaison with the Teacher,
to support achievement and progress of students
