What skills and experience we're looking for

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff;

Ability to facilitate creative and engaging play activities that cater to a range of ages and interests;

Good problem-solving skills to handle conflicts or challenges that may arise during play;

Patience and empathy when working with children of varying abilities and backgrounds;

Teamwork and collaboration to support lead playworkers and contribute to a positive working environment;

Awareness of health and safety practices to ensure a safe play environment for all children.
