Wayland Academy is looking for an enthusiastic, inspiring, and ambitious teacher who shares our belief that all pupils have the right to succeed and have access to the very best education.
The successful candidate will be passionate about our vision of creating a truly outstanding school that is characterised by intellectual rigour in every classroom; moral development of all students; and enrichment that broadens the school experience. Although a qualified English teacher would be preferred, other subject specialists will be considered.
We are looking for someone who enjoys visible leadership, who can quickly and effectively build strong relationships with students, families and staff alike
The successful candidate must be capable of identifying needs, setting strategy and implementing it effectively. You should come with an existing track record of improving student outcomes and a proven understanding of school improvement strategies. You will be committed to changing lives and outcomes for all young people.
