Ensuring all our children attend school and are safe every day is fundamental to our academy and we are looking for a special leader to strategically lead these areas. At Ormiston Denes we place high value on staff development, both in teaching and leadership and we are looking to appoint an inspirational Assistant Principal who will lead on Attendance & Safeguarding in the academy and drive the vision and strategy for sustained improvement.

You will develop, implement plans and strategies that enable the school to improve outcomes, and develop students both socially and academically whilst being responsible for a whole school remit including leading safeguarding processes and procedures in the academy. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate confidence and the ability to effectively lead in this area of expertise.  As a senior leader, the successful candidate will ensurehigh standards are carried out effectively across the school.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity over time to experience other areas of school leadership.  This role represents an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and ambitious individual to take the next steps in their career.
