Assistant Principal job summary
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to undertake a Assistant Principal role within Begbrook Primary Academy. You will work positively with the Vice Principal & Principal to identify priorities and opportunities for academy improvement that support the achievement of outstanding outcomes. You will also lead on the delivery for academy’s strategic aims and rigorously ensure that the academy’s systems are working smoothly and effectively on a day-to-day basis.
You will be an inspiring leader who, through leading by example, will promote high expectations and support the delivery of high attainment for all students. You will be an effective team player who is dynamic, creative and able to play a significant role in the strategic direction and development of the academy.
Working within the Federation, you will benefit from excellent peer support from colleagues in similar roles across the Federation and great opportunities for continuing professional development. Begbrook Primary Academy is part of the Cabot Learning Federation (CLF). We are a friendly and dynamic school where learning comes first! All staff work in close partnership to meet children’s needs and we aim to build a positive attitude to all we do. We are a large primary academy with children from Nursery age through to year 6 (3- 11 years old). We are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dynamic people to become part of our team. You will provide high quality support for and will based with one of our year group teams (EYFS, KS1, KS2).
