Ormiston Park Academy are thrilled to present the opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to join our dynamic team.

As Assistant Principal, you will play a pivotal role in the strategic leadership and management of the academy. Working closely with the Principal and extended leadership team, you will help drive our mission to provide outstanding education and foster a culture of high expectations and continuous improvement. Ormiston Park Academy is part of the Ormiston Academies Trust, giving staff access to a wide network of support and all the additional benefits being part of a large trust bring.

Ormiston Park Academy is a small (710) but growing and highly aspirational co-educational secondary school based in Aveley, Essex, for students aged 11-19.
