Assistant Principal job summary
We are excited by the opportunity to appoint a new Assistant Principal, who will join a dedicated, well-motivated and highly-collaborative senior leadership team. We seek to recruit a talented, committed and inspiring teacher and leader who will have strategic responsibility for the school’s pastoral and behaviour support systems.
Working with the support of other senior leaders and with the pastoral team, you will be responsible for helping ensure that all pupils at Cottenham Village College are happy, feel safe and are fully committed to their education. You will be highly ambitious for the pupils’ educational outcomes and for their future and have high expectations for pupils’ aspirations and conduct.
