We are looking to appoint a talented senior leader to provide energy, commitment and a real desire to bring about life enhancing change to our fantastic pupils and wider community. As a senior leader in the Academy you will have a key role in steering the academy through a programme of school improvement, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and across the other academies in the Spencer Academies Trust. You will benefit from direct access to high quality CPD and regular networking opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you will have proven skills to inspire and motivate both pupils and colleagues across the academy. You will be creative as well as inspirational, committed to your own professional development and that of your colleagues in the academy and across the Trust. You will be able to lead by example to make an immediate impact on the progress of pupils.

The Farnborough Academy is an exciting place to be. academy opened in September 2014 and officially became part of the Spencer Academies Trust October 2018. This has enabled access tailored support ensure improvement. We are very proud our rapid improvement we developing that pupils can be of. make no apology for having high expectations all. Our standards built around a simple set guiding principles referred as ‘The Way.’ These key positive relationships within community between wider Clifton Nottingham. staff work collaboratively with students their parents develop relationships, spark imaginations encourage enthuse young people educate best version themselves. Whilst there strong emphasis on academic achievement, given guidance individuals, offer wide range extra-curricular activities outside classroom. Standards have been rising at past 3 years rates exclusion now line national averages, well above average up until year 2018-19.
