Are you an inspirational Teacher and Leader?
Lindfield Primary Academy are seeking a creative and forward-thinking Teacher and Leader, to join their dedicated and motivated Senior Leadership Team, as they are looking to appoint an Assistant Principal - Inclusion and SEN. This rewarding and varied role's responsibilities include:
- SENCo
- Deputy DSL; supporting the Lead DSL in being accountable for Safeguarding policy and processes within the academy.
- Sharing accountability for the effective operation and overall performance of the academy.
- Line management responsibility for the team of teaching assistants
To be successful you will either hold the National Award in Special Educational Needs Co-ordination or have a willingness to achieve this qualification whilst working in the role.

Lindfield Primary Academy
