An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team at Elements Primary School. We are looking for a highly driven and passionate individual to join us and play a significant role in the development of our academy. Your role will be to model outstanding practice in the classroom, to support, guide, and develop the practice of colleagues and trainees in partnership with our sister school to innovate, explore, research, refine and define quality teaching and learning in our Academies. Your work is likely to extend your influence across a cluster of Academies. You will be an exemplar of good practice and a leader of joint-practice development
