What skills and experience we're looking for
Previous experience of Positive Behaviour Support would be an advantage but is not essential. Of most importance is a strong belief in the approach and a desire to work towards our vision. Your personal qualities and ability to establish relationships with the broadest range of individuals will be key. All our staff must be kind; none more so than in this role.
