Due to school expansion, we are seeking to appoint an outstanding and inspirational leader to lead on Pastoral Support, including Mental Health, Safeguarding and Guidance. Exact roles and responsibilities will be agreed with the successful candidate who will have a proven track record of leadership and the ability to create and deliver strategy, alongside strong values, administrative ability and professional ambition.
Essential educational requirements
Qualified Teacher status
Essential skills and experience
Successful experience as a middle leader.
Teaching experience within the designated age range.
Knowledge of child safe-guarding issues and successful use of measures that promote and ensure the safe-guarding of children.
Stakeholder and Community engagement.
Inspire, challenge, motivate and empower others to attain challenging outcomes.
